RETURNS/EXCHANGE

LMB Active Apparel does NOT offer any return or exchange service based on change of mind or incorrect size choice.

 

REFUNDS

Due to the location of our supplier (the United States), refunds must be applied for and approved by the supplier. Please note: refunds or replacements are not granted based on a change of mind or incorrect size order.

 

To apply for refund on your order:

  1. If possible, take a photo of your item, in particular showing the part that is damaged/misprinted/defective.
  2. Submit a written claim to apparel@livingmovingbeing.com.au clearly stating the reason for your refund request. Please add sufficient detail so that your request can be considered by the supplier. Ensure you attach a photo of the item that you are requesting a refund/replacement for.
  3. Your request will be forwarded on to our supplier and, if they deem it to be an error on their part, we will contact you to notify you of your refund or replacement.
  4. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.


Claims deemed an error on the part of our supplier are covered at our expense.

IMPORTANT: Any claims made for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

DO NOT send your item back to the supplier address or LMB Active Apparel until you have been advised to do so. You will be responsible for any postage costs in the event that you return your item without first applying for a refund/replacement.
